Terms of Service

The agreement between you and WONNY. Read it before you submit an application.

⚠ DRAFT — pending review by qualified counsel. These terms will be updated. Last revised: 2026-05-24

01 Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, accepting an invite, or using any part of WONNY (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not apply and do not use the Service.

WONNY is operated by WEBSALE LLC (the "Operator"), based in Tracy, California, together with its operating partner. "We," "us," and "our" refer to the Operator.

02 Description of Service

WONNY is an automated software bot that trades 15-minute BTC binary "Up or Down" prediction markets on Polymarket on your behalf. The bot reads market data from third-party sources (Binance orderflow, Chainlink price feeds, Polymarket CLOB) and places fill-or-kill buy orders that hold to expiry.

What WONNY does: picks a direction each cycle, sizes a bet, places an order signed by your wallet key, records the result.

What WONNY does not do: guarantee profit, provide investment advice, manage non-Polymarket assets, file your taxes, custody funds outside the wallet you connect, or operate as a registered broker, advisor, or money transmitter.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of Polymarket and of automated trading is legal where you live. Polymarket itself restricts certain jurisdictions; we do not warrant that you are eligible to use Polymarket. The Operator may further restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without notice.

04 Account Registration & Invite Codes

Access is invite-only. You apply via the public form. The Operator reviews each application personally and may approve or decline for any reason, including no reason at all.

Approved applicants receive a single-use invite code. You are responsible for keeping that code, your login credentials, and any recovery material confidential. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

05 Sign-On Fee and Platform Fee

A one-time $500 sign-on fee is due before your account becomes active. Payment is collected manually by the Operator (Venmo, CashApp, crypto, or a Stripe payment link). The sign-on fee is non-refundable except at the Operator's sole discretion.

The platform fee is 15% of profit, where profit is defined as (payout received minus stake risked) on each individual winning trade. No fee is charged on losing trades. No subscription, no monthly minimum.

Fees are calculated trade-by-trade and reconciled against the on-chain trade ledger. The Operator may adjust the fee schedule prospectively on 30 days' notice; you may close your account before changes take effect.

06 Wallet and Custody

You trade with a wallet holding USDC.e on Polygon. You have two options:

  • Generated wallet: the Service generates a new wallet for you. The private key is encrypted at rest on Operator infrastructure. You receive a recovery phrase at generation; lose it and you may lose access.
  • Imported wallet: you provide your own existing private key. The Service encrypts and stores it under the same protections.

In both cases the bot signs transactions with your key in order to place trades. The Operator does not custody your funds in a pooled account. Funds remain in your wallet address; the bot has signing authority, not ownership.

You acknowledge the inherent risks of server-side key storage. Key compromise is possible. You may rotate or migrate keys at any time via the client portal.

07 Trading Activity and No Guarantee

The bot trades on your behalf using its own decision logic. No prediction, projection, screenshot, win-rate figure, or historical statistic is a promise of future performance.

You may lose some, most, or all of the capital in your trading wallet. Past results, including any results visible on the WONNY dashboard, may not repeat.

08 Binary Settlement Is Final

Polymarket binary markets settle on-chain at expiry. A losing trade is a total loss of the staked amount. There is no early exit, no stop-loss, no partial refund, and no reversal. Once an order is placed it is held to resolution.

Settlement happens against Polymarket's published oracle. The Operator does not control, override, or insure those settlements.

09 Operator's Discretion

The Operator may, at any time and without prior notice: pause your account, suspend trading globally, modify the bot's strategy or parameters, decline to take a trade, restrict access from a jurisdiction, halt the Service entirely, or refund and close out individual accounts.

The Operator is not obligated to explain operational decisions but will make reasonable effort to notify you of material account-level changes.

10 Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by withdrawing your funds and notifying the Operator. The Operator may terminate your access for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, regulatory concern, or violation of these Terms.

Termination does not waive accrued fees, settled trade outcomes, or any provision of these Terms that by its nature survives termination.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total platform fees actually collected from your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEBSALE LLC, its partner, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13 Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14 Changes to Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last revised" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the client portal or your registered contact. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance.
